Sales of organic products are increasing for many years, each day they are more and more popular. We know a lot about that food, but what we don’t know is the type of people who buy it. What they want ? Their expectations and desires.
You have consumers who want everything that is healthy. They are very well-informed and as soon as something new comes up they will be the ones who will wait in the line to test it. Their main goal is to be a role model to their children, and that’s why healthy life is their priority.
Then you have people who are not so concerned about their health, they are more concerned about the nature and our environment.
They want to buy products that are eco-friendly because they want to contribute to improving our planet and nature.
This group of people is even more worried that the one above, because they don’t want to do anything that would potentially harm our environment.
Then you have people who are pretty realistic when it comes to their life and organic products. They want to live and stay healthy, but for them it is not the most important thing to necessarily buy something organic.
People who belong to this group will find another healthy way if they cannot afford organic products. They will probably exercise or sport or something similar to that.
And finally we have an indifferent group of people. They couldn’t care less about anything organic. They will taste that food, but will go back to their traditions, because they don’t give a damn about healthy life. And that’s ok too.
