Mostly, we have seen that weight management is concerned with reducing weight and managing it to stay fit and healthy. However, there are people who are very thin and want to increase their weight in healthy way. Thin people doesn’t mean that they’re not active ,fit or strong. But in case of women, they want to look beautiful, show their curves and glowing skin whereas in Men they want to get a strong body to look smart and healthier. It is well-known that obesity results in many chronic diseases, too thin body can also result in heart failure and even cancer. People who want to gain weight start eating junk foods but this is not the correct way as, if you really want to gain weight then that should also be in a healthier way. While planning any strategy ,you must keep a track on your weight .Care should be taken that the plan doesn’t reduce your weight further .Don’t eat too much of things to gain weight ,instead break it into smaller meals and eat at regular intervals may be two or three hours. Make a proper chart of eating and follow it on regular basis. You can join weight training programs and start with running, stretching and light weight lifting and gradually you can increase on regular intervals. This way your weight will increase to around 1-2 pounds a week. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
